🦈🥅🏒The Brooklyn Youth Hockey Association is excited to announce the Try Hockey For Free clinic on Saturday, November 4th at 9:15 AM. 🏒🥅🦈
We hope you will join us and our Sharks at the John M. Coyne Rec Center (located at 7600 Memphis Ave., Brooklyn, OH 44144.
To make sure you enjoy your first youth hockey experience, below are some helpful tips.
TIME: Try Hockey starts at 9:15AM on November 4th. Please plan to arrive at the rink at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to check-in, in the lobby. Please be sure to visit the table in the lobby following practice for some goodies for your player.
What to bring: We encourage those who have access to equipment, to please bring it. If you do not have any equipment, you will need to bring:
👖A loose-fitting pair of sweatpants or snow pants
🧤A pair of gloves (they don’t need to be hockey gloves- mittens are fine)
⛑️A helmet
😀A Smile
⛸️The Skate Shop will be open for rental skates, if needed.
What will be provided:
We have a limited amount of equipment available for you to borrow. If you have any equipment questions, please let us know.
ON-ICE EXPERIENCE: We will have plenty of coaches and Shark players on hand to give your child a great youth hockey experience, they will get an opportunity to learn the basic skills of skating and youth hockey with the Cleveland Sharks!
